What is Sheet Gelatin?

Sheet Gelatin, also called Leaf Gelatin, it works like granule gelatin found in your local grocery store,but in a different form from the gelatin powder.

Rather than the gelatin powder, Gelatin Sheets takes the shape of thin sheets or leaves gelatin film. The gelatine leaves dissolve more slowly than the 

granulated gelatin, but also produce a clearer gelatin solution and cleared jello product.
